SaveSpring MAX – Refilling Products

Overview

This guide explains how to refill products in a SaveSpring MAX unit using the system interface.

The refilling function allows you to open specific positions and automatically updates stock levels when products are added.

Refilling Process

Steps:

1. Enter Maintenance Mode
2. Select Refilling
3. Select SaveSpring
4. A list of all positions will be displayed
5. Select the required row/location
6. Select the product that needs refilling
7. Press Manage
8. Press Open
9. The door will open for that position
10. Add the required products
11. Close the door once refilling is complete

The system will automatically detect and update the stock after the door is closed

Important Notes

• Only refill positions using the system (do not manually force doors open)
• Ensure the door is fully closed after refilling
• Add products carefully to avoid blocking the door
• Ensure products are placed fully inside the compartment so they do not get caught or stuck when the carousel rotates
