SaveSpring MAX – Unblock / Nullpoint Reset

Overview

This guide explains how to use the Unblock / Nullpoint function on a SaveSpring MAX unit.

This function clears blocked positions and resets the carousel alignment.

When to Use This

• Door is blocked
• Carousel is not aligned
• Motor errors occur
• After manually adjusting doors

Steps

1. Enter Maintenance Mode
2. Select Test
3. Select SaveSpring
4. Select Motor Test
5. Press Unblock / Nullpoint

Important Notes

• Ensure no products are blocking the door before running
• This will reset the carousel alignment
• Use only when required
